The Role:
The Managing Director, Canada,is responsible forleading and driving the growth of Equinix Canada. The MD willlead the cohesive in-country team to ensure alignment with global strategy, drive retail growth,develop interconnections hubs and build deeper and broader ecosystems in an inclusive organizational environment where everyone feels safe, belongs, and matters.

Own the 5-year vision for the country/market, market opportunity,and competitivepositionLead development of a 1–3-year metro strategy plan for each metro to includeobjectivesfor retail verticals, networks,and hyper-scalePartner with Corporate Development / Commercial Finance / Sales to develop, drive,and execute the market development plan and metrostrategyDrive retail growth and retail leadership inthemarketLead the Team:
