Partnering directly with team members across TELUS, the Wireless Sales & Support (WSS) team is focused on delivering an exceptional experience for our Enterprise Business Customers. As a Business Analyst I for WSS, you will be working closely with an intensely passionate wireless team consisting of sales and care staff as well as regularly interacting with our very coveted Enterprise customers both over the phone and face to face. Your role is multi-faceted and you won’t have a dull moment. You think on your feet and solve problems for issues that come up and for the ones that don’t come up, because of your pre-planning. As a Business Analyst l, you will engage with many of our customers during their onboarding. Each project, each customer interaction, brings an opportunity for learning and growth as you expand your understanding of our customer’s needs and the capabilities across our group and the extended TELUS team.
