Position Summary:Reporting to the Director, Total Rewards, the Total Rewards Coordinator will be responsible for providing support to the Total Rewards team. Key areas of support include, but not limited to, reporting, data management and program administration.Key Accountabilities: Working closely with Payroll and HR Operations teams, prepares monthly consolidated employee compensation reporting. Ensures data integrity against approved forms and company announcements, investigating discrepancies with a high level of accuracy. Supports headcount management process through tracking/reviewing documents and recording outcomes.Administers Total Rewards programs such as benefits, pension, employee discounts and supports annual cycle for compensation through survey analysis, merit and bonus administration and some communications.Prepares reports and analytics of HR information related to plan/program costs and processes invoices. Support HR Operations team by preparing reports/data.Provides general support in updating the HR SharePoint site. Maintains forms and documents.Requirements:Diploma or Certificate in Human Resource Management or equivalent experience is desirable. Compensation courses are an asset.1 – 2 years’ experience in HR reporting is preferred.Proficiency with MS Office Applications is required. Advanced Excel skills are a necessity.
