Bickert Management Inc. is looking for a Long-term Technical Support Specialist for our IT Department who will provide technical support, advice, and assistance to consumers and businesses with technical, hardware, and software system problems. Troubleshooting Technical Problems Install and configure Operating and application software. Handle and manage customer’s request. Providing timely and accurate feedback to customers. Understand client business processes and ensure the tools readily enable all those processes with emphases on automation Automate, Integrate and customize Zoho Applications and other third party apps Acquire feedback from clients to determine their satisfaction, understanding, and level of usage before they experience any doubts or frustration. Identify problems with information technology system operations and provide potential workarounds. Raise information, bug and feature requests to the development team or senior support specialists. Provide information systems technical support for routine customer issues. Requirements Conversational in English Detail-oriented Knowledgeable with Zoho Application Suite Must have a work-ready laptop or computer and an internet speed of at least 5 mbps. You also have to be skilled technical writer able to document problems and solutions for customers and other technical support personnel You should be adaptive to changing work schedules and working hours.
