We currently have an exciting opportunity to hire two temporary full-time – Site Emergency Operations Centre Lead (COVID). As the Lead you will plan, implement and/or evaluate the COVID-19 prevention and outbreak response within owned/operated, contracted, and private Long Term Care, Assisted Living, and Independent Living sites across the Fraser Health area. Within sites experiencing an outbreak, you will pull together a variety of required partners, facilitate the initial site EOC meeting, and provide consultation and advice regarding practice protocols, quality and safety guidelines and COVID-19 response processes. You will assess site and human resource needs, identify gaps, evaluate response status, develop and/or recommend tools sought at both outbreak containment and prevention.
