As someone with excellent communication skills and business acumen, you will thrive in our fast-paced and agile environment.We are currently seeking candidates for a Senior Human Resources Business Partner role.In this role you will be a welcome addition to our dynamic human resources team where your enthusiasm and drive for excellence will present opportunities to chart your own path to success with a rewarding career in our firm.What your day will look likeProject Management (30%)Manage projects of new or evolving HR programs.Manage a variety of human resource programs that support the operational and strategic needs of the business.HR Business Partner (65%)Support internal clients and the talent management team by providing information and assistance related to talent programs and services.Support internal clients by providing seasoned advice and support on relevant policies and procedures, and address employee issues and inquiries.Prepare and analyse various human resources analytical reports focused on a variety of metrics including retention, turnover, etc.Coordinate employment, relocation and transfer agreements.Contribute to compensation analyses and coordination of annual salary review process.Contribute to career development and training programs.Contribute to and administrative support to the staff allocation and workflow planning processes including:reports related to the allocation and workflow planning of staff.ongoing review and analysis of projected staffing needs and resources.liaison with senior management and staff across the country.Coordinate staffing requests and staff mobilizations.Contribute to the leadership of Dillon’s HR team.Oversee and contribute to other HR activities as assigned.Learning and Development (5%)Contribute to growth of an internal team of human resource professionals and development of that team by providing direction, training recommendations, coaching and mentoring.Contribute to Dillon’s corporate profile through active participation in professional associations and committees, and periodic participation and presentations at industry/professional conferences.Travel to client locations and/or other Dillon offices for the purposes of executing your responsibilities, internal client relationship development, project research and project delivery.What you will need to succeedPost –secondary degree in a human resources program, or related fieldCHRL designation (completed or in progress) is highly preferred8-10 years’ recent experience ideally in a human resources generalist functionProficiency in MS Office software (e.g., PowerPoint, Word, Excel)Demonstrated experience working effectively within a collaborative, professional, and dynamic human resources team environmentExperience leading or managing a team of HR business partnersProven ability to manage multiple priorities and be well-organized, detail-oriented and results-focusedDemonstrated ability to distill, analyze and report on a range of HR and business dataA proven track record of handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalismEffective written, verbal and interpersonal communication skillsWhy choose DillonDillon is powered by people who are technically proficient, passionate about socially important projects, and motivated to deliver superior, tangible results.
