We’re looking for a talented Senior Design Producer/Program Manager to help bring to life experiences that empower teams to achieve more together. You’ll have the opportunity to shape the direction of Microsoft Teams, the collaboration tool that is changing how hundreds of millions of people work together. Our team has a deep appreciation for quality design, and we understand the work required to get there. We value creativity, sharing ideas openly, and having fun while we work. Most of all, we’re motivated by the desire to create product experiences people and teams love.

In short, you will make sure the right designers are working on the right stuff, at the right time, at the right fidelity, and with the right visibility.

+ Continuously improve the design process. Optimize project management practices, design workflow tools, and communication methods to increase the quality of the Design team’s work.
