In this role, as a platform partner, you will be responsible for establishing new business as well as supporting your fellow Entrepreneur Account Managers and Recruiters in the recruitment processes. You will be responsible for managing the full recruiting process for New / Existing clients, which could include permanent and contract placements.

This is an Entrepreneurial position within The Staffing Exchange Global Network, which allows you full operational control of your desk and clients. This position is for someone with strong sales and/or recruitment background with outstanding closing results .

This is a not an employee position – you will be joining a platform of like-minded Professional Recruitment Professionals & Entrepreneurs, providing recruitment services to your clients, earning revenue through your successful placements.

Your Responsibilities:

  • The Account Manager will focus on the establishing new business within the Industrial & Manufacturing sectors both in Contact and Permanent placements and creating strong(er) relationships with past or current clients 
  • Developing and managing accounts specializing in within your Niche, which will include long term contracts and permanent placements.
  • You will be responsible to build a strong Full Cycle Recruitment desk through recruitment and business development and the Support of the Staffing Exchange
  • Negotiating, tendering and placement of both permanent and contract staffing solutions that fit your client’s need’s.
  • Recruit, interview, place highly skilled technical professionals on a contract, contract to hire or permanent basis within a timely manner per The Staffing Exchanges policies and your clients schedule
  • The ability to manage day to day problems that may arise with permanent and contractor placements and show Critical thinking skills
  • You will maintenance and grow your own book of business, while supporting other Entrepreneur Staffing Recruiter within The Staffing Exchange grow and support their book of businesses.

Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1-2 recent years recruitment experienced (Agency preferred) or B2B Sales here in Canada or the USA.
  • Outgoing and confident personality
  • Organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrate ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Must be outgoing go getter, who can build relationships and close deals. 
  • Ability to influence through articulate verbal communication and strong listening skills
  • Conceptual thinking and solution-oriented attitude
  • Proven relationship building and management skill
  • Full operational control of your desk and clients, without financial start-up and back office administration
