Venuiti Solutions Inc. is seeking a locally based Project Manager Marketing to join our team. This job is a full-time position and located at our primary office in downtown Kitchener, right in the center of the growing Tech Hub. In this role you will be responsible for the direction, coordination, implementation, executive, control, and completion of the marketing projects, while remaining aligned with strategy, commitments, and goals of Venuiti. This job will have you delving into marketing automation, search engine marketing (SEO), website design and development, email marking, social media, analysis of web data using Google Analytics, determining KPIs, project management and more. As you will be working with multiple clients, you will ensure that each project runs smoothly, have control over each project and ensure that vital documentation is completed and all project specs are met. A significant portion of this job requires communication via telephone with clients; engaging verbally and confidently under stress and uncertainty is an asset. Responsibilities Plan and implement marketing campaigns and strategies Define project schedules, allocate resources and monitor progress Manage all documentation Masterful at distilling complex initiatives and breaking them down in to achievable milestones and tasks Developing strategies and tactics to boost the companys reputation and drive qualified traffic Deploying successful marketing campaigns from ideation to execution Experimenting with various organic and paid acquisition channels Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups Present to customers reports on progress as well as problems and solutions Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs Evaluate and assess result of project Requirements Qualifications Demonstrable experience in marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement Experience working with marketing automation tools Benefits Competencies Critical thinking and problem solving Time Management Excellent decision-making and leadership capabilities Contract negotiation Strong organization skills Conflict Resolution experience Adaptability Able to tolerate stress Customer-focused mindset Good communications skills, with customers, team and CEO Venuiti believes in universal acceptance for everyone everywhere.
