At chatr, we are on a journey to grow and exceed our sales targets and are seeking a Manager, Prepaid to Postpaid Migrations with experience in managing programs to grow revenue and reduce churn through migrating customers to one our postpaid brands (Rogers or Fido). We are looking for people who thrive in a fast-paced environment, are excited to test new strategies and can navigate multiple projects while collaborating with several teams.

This position will be responsible for delivering on revenue and churn key performance indicators, working very closely with the Pricing, Brand, Customer Relationship Management Operations, Postpaid Marketing and Customer Base Management (CBM), Channels and Go to Market teams.

What you will be doing:

  • Own messaging and customer segmentation strategy to create and maintain relevant Prepaid to Postpaid (P2P) offers on a per customer level with minimum revenue lifts and offer rotation to drive peacetime volume
  • Developing proactive migration selling at key customer interaction points (e.g. store visits, call center) in partnership with channels
  • Optimize outbound telemarketing channel to test and learn new offers in contained fashion with a hyper-targeted list
  • Improving P2P migration customer journey through removal of roadblocks for qualified customers (e.g. credit requirements for non-term migrations, timing and triggers of direct to customer communication)
  • Manage multi-channel direct to customer campaigns with a “customer first” mindset
  • Opportunity to test and learn new ideas, messaging and tactics to increase KPIs
  • Developing a deep understanding of the prepaid wireless market and key business drivers – partnering with Brand to develop marketing briefs
  • Prioritize and juggle many tasks and projects at once.
  • Effectivity work within a team environment and lead cross functional teams.

What you bring:

  • At least 5+ years of experience of Marketing/Brand/Pricing or prepaid market experience
  • Exceptional sales and customer orientation, collaboration, adaptability and initiative experience
  • Data-driven and analytical, excellent MS Excel skills and ability to assess and understand how to leverage and summarize data to improve strategies and performance (good understanding of campaign measurement, profitability, revenue tracking, segmentation etc)
  • Strong business acumen
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral for presentation purpose.
  • Ability to present information and build relationships at all levels of management
  • Ability to sell ideas/concepts to others through logical and persuasive arguments
  • Self-starter with proven track record of being detailed oriented
  • Highly adaptive demeanor and willingness to be flexible to changing environments and priorities
  • Knowledge of SAS or SQL or data analytics are assets
  • Knowledge of telecommunications industry an asset
