Our client, a fast-paced, fully integrated real estate developer is seeking a Managing Director of Equity Capital Raising to lead their fundraising of equity capital. Working with the President, the successful candidate will drive the equity capital investments needed to grow their businesses and to finance additional real estate developments. The focus will include the negotiation and execution of capital raising activities, managing and leveraging institutional relationships, and supporting the team in providing equity market insights. The successful candidate will have 7-10 years of experience or more in investment banking, real estate, or another related field paired with a passion for building businesses. In addition, the successful candidate will have experience in leading and executing transactions. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned banking or real estate professional to enhance the equity financing of a multi-faceted, diversified real estate company.
