The Talent Investment Team is an integral part of the Channel People Enablement team. We create and develop end-to-end people focused programs, contributing to business objectives by supporting the skills, knowledge, and experiences required to be a best in class retail sales organization. You”ll directly contribute to the career growth of our reps and leaders while supporting business priorities and the Channel”s strategic plan. Here’s the impact you’ll make and what we’ll accomplish together You are a liaison between Channel sales and the Channel People Enablement team. You and your team build strong stakeholder relationships to support the development of impactful retail programmatic training solutions, and are accountable for the execution, maintenance, and measurement of existing core skill programs. Your sales experience will propel you to create expert programs that produce sales professionals to directly contribute to our sales organization’s bottom line.
