In turn, we offer an environment that fosters a people-first culture with a high priority on your personal and professional growth.Our Montreal Risk Advisory Services practice is looking for a Manager, Technology Risk Consulting / IT Auditto join the Advisory team and own the following responsibilities:Provide project management leadership for full implementation, upgrade or major enhancement projectsReview Key Deliverables to assurescope and budget remain alignedReview and understands the contractualterms and scope of assigned projectsEnsure that BDO project governance framework is applied to projectsEnsure that project governance documentation is maintained, published and stored according to BDO Quality Audit standardsEnsure that the BDO Project Team follows BDO Methodology and is producing deliverables to standards and on scheduleAct as client advocateMentor colleagues and providing support and guidanceDemonstrate experience leading and working on high-performing teamsParticipate in business development activities for including identifying potential clients, devising business development strategies, consulting with clients, proposing technology solutions and closing businessDevelop and implement practice growth strategies including interviewing, hiring and training new staff membersHow do we define success for your role?
