What will your typical day look like?

In this role, you will:

  • Ensure processes and workflows operate and interact efficiently across the tiered People Experience function;
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and/or customer service through process and work flow enhancement;
  • Actively manage and oversee initiatives to drive continuous improvement in support of an effective tiered service delivery model;
  • Implement enhancements and modifications where required within approved timelines;
  • Support leadership and guide stakeholders through activity life cycles; forecasting, dashboards and presentation decks;
  • Utilize, apply and champion effective communication and change management practices across the function.

About the team

People Experience is a tiered, centralized team, providing a scalable platform to respond to changing business needs, and drive continuous improvement across the Culture and People Office function. The team is the face of HR to the business and delivers people inquiry, intake management, program services, and people leader services (aligned to lifecycle stage and Workplace Experience pillars). With a focus on the employee journey, People Experience delivers end-to-end operational experiences through defined processes that are standard for all business segments. The Manager, HR Service Delivery aligns under Tier 2, Specialized Services. This team provides administrative, transactional and specialized operational support to meet business needs through end-to-end lifecycle consultation with exceptional customer service.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you

You are someone who has:

  • A relevant Degree (e.g. Business Administration, Project Management, Human Resources, or a related field);
  • 3-4 years of project management/business process or HR Delivery experience, incorporating change management methodologies, preferably within the Professional or Financial Services sector;
  • Experience working in or with Human Resources. A foundational knowledge of HR practices, data, systems and processes is an asset;
  • Strong capabilities with core software including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio;
  • Proven ability to develop and present executive level status updates, dashboards and metrics;
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment;
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail with the ability to multi-task effectively;
  • The ability to build credibility quickly and work effectively in a matrixed environment.
