You will use your expertise to: Set organizational goals, foster a collaborative environment, and mentor your team Define and maintain architecture principles, standards, norms and methodologies Provide enterprise-wide delivery of IT architecture capability through targeted service offerings Manage the enterprise architecture budget Translate strategy into operating plans and toolsets and initiate improved adaptability to changing demands or market conditions Identify opportunities to optimize and eliminate inefficient and redundant processes and applications Build trust with diverse stakeholder groups Establish and steward IT governance forums We’d like to review your application if you have… Must-haves (minimum requirements): 10 years of progressive leadership experience Advanced enterprise architecture experience A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience The ability to communicate complex concepts in business language and to a wide variety of audiences The demonstrated ability to make decisions quickly, resolve issues and discuss with transparency Alignment with our : safety above all else, stronger together, operational discipline, curiosity and lifelong learning, and act with integrity Preference for: A Master of Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent post graduate degree Where you’ll be working, your work schedule, and other important information: You will work out of our Calgary head office, located in the Suncor Energy Centre at 150 – 6th Ave S.W.
