Director of Finance
The District of Tumbler Ridge requires a dynamic and energetic individual to be the municipality’s next Director of Finance. In preparation for this important and challenging position the District is seeking to hire a Director of Finance. The Director of Finance will report to the Chief Administrative Officer, the Director of Finance will be responsible for the statutory duties of the financial officer under the Community Charter with duties including, but not limited to, preparation of the financial plan, annual financial statements, annual municipal report and attending Council meetings as required. The Director Finance must be able to demonstrate leadership in asset management, budgeting, financial recording and reporting, and financial analysist.
