While this order is in place staff will be limited to employment in only one (1) long term care facility. This vacancy is located at a long term care facility and will be pursuant to this order. Build on your education and career experience as you:Assist with client intake and provide administrative support by performing duties such as providing reception services, typing material utilizing word processing software, setting-up and maintaining the filing systems, processing incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, reports/records and internal and courier documents, arranging meetings/special functions, and operating office equipment.Please read the full job description to see how this opportunity matches your skills. Qualifications: •Completion of Grade 12. •One year’s recent related office/clerical experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience. •Ability to type at 50 wpm.
