Category :Medical DevicesLocation/City :QC – MontrealCountry/Locale :CanadaJob Type :ContractResponsibilities:THIS POSITION IS A FIELD-SALES POSITION LOCATED IN MONTREAL, QUEBEC.To achieve/exceed sales revenue targets for the Wound/SurgicalReconstruction Franchise for an international medical device manufacturer.Build and maintain solid relationships with key customers throughout theregion. Liaise with other Territory Managers, the Regional Sales Manager,Marketing Manager and other internal departments/functions toidentify sale opportunities and deliver superior customer support.-Achieve revenue objectives for Tissue Technology products in targetedhospital accounts. Understand market sales opportunities and closeorders to exceed quarterly sales targets.-Develop short and long-term account strategies and relationships withcustomers to achieve annual revenue targets in respective productcategories-Responsible for development of long-term relationships with customers,including clinical customers, hospital administration, procurement, etc.-Offer support during surgeries and implants by providing all necessaryequipment and products required; demonstrates expertise in all products,follow-up support and troubleshooting techniques.-Use SalesForce.com to ensure optimal account coordination, knowledge,strategy and teamwork-Effectively lead appropriate sections of the tender-roadmap andpartner/collaborate internally with cross-functional R.F.P. teams to wincontracts as well as ensure compliance of existing business agreements-Maintain expertise with our product specifications and the anticipatedoutcomes, and be adequately prepared to advise our customers-Participate in major North American and local/regional meetings as required-Manage budget to plan and adhere to prescribed company expense policy-Other duties as assigned.Qualifications:-University degree-Medical device sales experience-Preferred: experience in wound care-Demonstrated skills in business planning and execution of a strategic planto achieve performance objectives.-Ability to grow a market by leveraging numerous decision makers (with aclinical and non-clinical stakeholder/customer focus)-Demonstrated success in a sales position as indicated by level of salesperformance against established objectives / goals.-Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation skills; team oriented.-Conceptual/consultative sales skills.-Strong data analysis, evaluation and problem solving skills.-Ability to organize and cover a broad territory-Strong computer literacy
