Technical Support Representative 1 (POS & PLCs). Our Client is looking for dedicated individuals to join them in revolutionizing the CNG/LNG industry.
As a Technical Support Representative 1 for POS, you will be the frontline contact for technical issues at CNG/LNG stations, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently. You'll provide crucial support to service technicians, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing PLCs and POS equipment. Using cutting-edge tools like Remote Assist, Halolens, and ConnectWise, you'll remotely support our technicians, ensuring minimal downtime for our Client’s customers.

Providing technical support for routine problems at CNG/LNG stations.
Diagnosing and troubleshooting PLCs and POS equipment.
Utilizing advanced tools for remote support.
Ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
0-2 years of related experience.
Basic to intermediate knowledge of POS and/or PLC for CNG/LNG stations.
SCADA experience preferred.
OEM certifications for CNG compressors and CNG dispensers preferred.
