Summary
The Talent & Development Shared Services Coordinator is a self-starter, with excellent organizational and communication skills who will provide outstanding support to our Talent & Development Team. This role, reporting to the Manager – Shared Services, provides a streamlined delivery of standardized transactional, operational tasks for the Talent & Development team to deliver process and time efficiencies while ensuring compliance.

Primary Responsibilities
+ Assisting the pre-boarding and onboarding of new Team Members
+ Manages, tracks and monitors onboarding process and ensures new hires have taken appropriate actions in HRIS to complete their onboarding activities
+ Audits HRIS data to ensure data integrity and takes necessary action in system, such as: outstanding business process tasks, work email addresses, emergency contact data, updating information as needed
+ Maintains HRIS data records, Team Member documentation, and workflow pertaining to Team Members and ensures entries are timely, accurate and consistent
+ Supports Leave of Absence documentation and updating HRIS
+ Generates standard HRIS reports as requested
+ Prepares various employment letters in a timely manner outside of HRIS workflow
+ Maintains knowledge of company and departmental policies and procedures.
+ Supports with projects and Other miscellaneous duties as required
Required Experience
+ Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative support role
+ Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
+ Exceptional organizational skills: ability to speak to/work with all levels within an organization
+ Adapt and work extremely well with a diverse set of stakeholders
+ Thoroughness and careful attention to detail
+ Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding
+ High level of maturity, good judgement, and the ability to deal with confidential information
+ Familiarity in an environment requiring discretion, sensitivity to confidential matters
+ Able to establish credibility and trust with internal Team Members & Leaders
+ Able and willing to do hands-on work as required
+ Ability to work under pressure and meet short deadlines with a calm manner
+ A talent for multi-tasking and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
+ Knowledge of Concur, ICIMS and Visio considered an asset
+ Finance, Accounting experience, considered an asset
+ A Team Player with a positive attitude that takes pride in their work
