Position Summary
As a Staff Clinician, Employee & Family Assistance Program, you will be an integral part of a collaborative, inter-disciplinary team focused on delivering seamless services and programs to our clients and customers. What you'll be doing
• Deliver EFAP services including confidential counselling, case management, direct clinical services and assessments
• Receive case assignments, establish treatment plans, and complete case progress notes
• Develop service plans that outline a specific plan of action for each client under periodic supervision
• Complete a comprehensive psycho-social assessment on clients as needed
• Receive crisis calls from the Client Services Center as required
• Provide on call rotation availability for a 4-day period once every couple of months
What we're looking for
• Masters in Counselling, Psychology, Social Work or other related discipline
• Must hold valid registration with the relevant governing body
• Minimum 3 years counseling experience
• Experience in brief solution-oriented counselling
• Knowledge of assessment, crisis management and EFAP services an asset
• Excellent verbal and written English skills are required
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to proficiently use Microsoft Office & Outlook (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
