Are you up for the challenge? If so, consider the following opportunity: The Rogers Business Marketing team is looking for a Senior Manager, Business Economics. This role will be directly responsible for the end-to-end (E2E) management and development of the ARPU/Contribution Margin Strategies and the Budgeting/Planning/Forecasting process.

The ideal candidate will require strong business and financial acumen, an analytical mindset, forecasting experience, strong communication, and interpersonal skills, and people-management experience is required as well as the ability to meet tight deadlines and perform well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. **What you will do:** + Lead and own the Budgeting, Planning, and Forecasting process for all of the Enterprise Wireless and Wireline segments and consolidating plans at an enterprise level + Lead and manage a team focused on Device Demand forecasting, Device Pricing, and program creation and management of COA/COR reduction tactics across all segments of RB (Small, Mid-Market, Commercial, Strategic) + Collaborate with segment leads to develop the annual enterprise budget and own the forecasting process and IBRO reporting/forecasting + Lead a team focused on ideation, management, and own the execution of ARPU/Contribution margin strategies and targets across all segments of RB to develop a cross-functional focus + Develop a cadence to ensure timely execution, KPI reporting, and performance measurements + Conduct business deep dives, special projects, and lead strategic initiatives to identify opportunities/risks in ARPU/Contribution Margins and enable efficiencies in surfacing opportunities and risk + Actively collaborate with all parts of the business and drive participation from cross-functional teams to identify opportunities + Work closely with the Customer Business Unit (CBU) and RB teams on initiatives and offers impacting RB + Perform ADHOC projects as required **What you will bring:** + An undergraduate business/commerce degree + Strong analytical, and financial modeling skills + A “think outside the box” perspective and lead special projects to do things differently + Minimum 8 years of relevant experience + Self-starter with the ability to quickly learn and understand concepts, multi-task, investigate issues, solve problems, promote efficiency/automation, make decisions, manage processes, and work independently with minimal supervision + Forward thinking with a strong ability to see new trends and quickly translate these trends to the company’s strategy + Results driven – both short-term and long term + Excellent and proven analytical skills, exceptional problem-solving skills with attention to detail + Proven ability to exercise a high degree of business judgment and sound reasoning + Strong communication and interpersonal skills; a demonstrated collaborator + Strong proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Word + Knowledge of SQL, SAS, or Thinkcell is an asset required + Technical aptitude regarding wireless products and devices + Varied industry experience in subscription model businesses (information services, merchant acquiring) is an asse Schedule: Full time Shift: Day Length of Contract: Not Applicable (Regular Position) Work Location: 333 Bloor Street East (012), Toronto, ON Travel Requirements: Up to 10% Posting Category/Function: Marketing & Marketing Research / Analysis Requisition ID: 238684 Together, we'll make more possible, and these six shared values guide and define our work: 1.
