The Sr. iTero Sales Business Strategy Manager, Canada will lead the development and execution of strategic initiatives specific to the iTero business in Canada. Reporting to the Dental Channel GM for Canada and in close collaboration with Ortho, DSO, Lab/Distribution and Digital Adoption channel leaders and their teams, this role is instrumental in aligning the iTero strategy with overarching business goals. The successful candidate will blend a profound understanding of the overall Canadian dental industry with strategic acumen to drive growth and market leadership for the iTero portfolio. In this role, you will… iTero Strategic Development: Formulate and implement tailored strategies for the Canadian iTero business, ensuring they compliment and enhance the broader organizational objectives. Lead the development and execution of iTero sales process expertise. Collaboration with Sales Leaders: Build and maintain strong collaborative internal relationships with sales leaders, key cross-functional business, to ensure seamless coordination between iTero, Invisalign, and Special Market strategies. Market Analysis for iTero: Conduct in-depth market analysis specific to the Canadian dental landscape, identifying opportunities and challenges unique to the iTero product line. Provide insights to enhance iTero's competitive position. Cross-functional Alignment: Collaborate with Sales Leaders across all channels, Global and US iTero, and Marketing, as well as other cross-functional teams such as finance, customer support and operations, to align iTero strategies with broader business functions. Performance Metrics for iTero: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) specific to the iTero business. Regularly evaluate and report on iTero performance, providing actionable recommendations to enhance outcomes. Innovation for iTero: Play lead role in GTM (Go to Market) strategy build and execution of new product innovation. Continue liaise and identify opportunities for product enhancements and technological advancements. Explore partnerships or collaborations that amplify iTero's market presence. iTero Sales Support: Ensure strong relationship with Costa Rica Support, clear understanding of roles and responsibilities. Work in concert with Digital Adoption Sr Manager to ensure seamless integration of iTero utilization and training initiatives, and Sales Training Team to ensure Sales Team needs are met, in-line with Canadian GTM strategies. Communication: Effectively communicate iTero's strategic vision and objectives to internal stakeholders within the division. Foster a shared understanding of the iTero strategy and its impact on business outcomes. Risk Management for iTero: Identify and mitigate risks associated with iTero initiatives. Develop contingency plans to navigate potential challenges and ensure the resilience of the iTero business line. Leadership: Provide strong leadership within the Canadian, Americas and Global iTero division, mentoring team members and cultivating a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Execute strategies for professional engagement and innovation which include Professional Education, etc. with clear goals, priorities, and resources to achieve measurable results. Champion the importance of dental profession strategy throughout the organization and providing the business case for internal resource requirements. Guidance and support the broader organization leveraging restorative dental knowledge to influence business planning cycle investments, training, education, and consumer/professional marketing outreach. Monitor and assist partner funnels to recognize sales best practices and gaps that need focus with strategic initiatives. Trends: Assess iTero business trends, competition, and opportunities/risks. Create plans to address issues/risks and opportunities in the market. iTero Process Champion: Spearhead the transition of knowledge and management of iTero contracting, operations reporting tools and metrics to RMs and them. In this role, you’ll need … Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience Minimum 10 years sales experience – strong preference in medical/tech capital equipment with cross functional experience Proven experience in a strategic leadership role, with a focus on the dental /medical device/ capital and or CAD/CAM space. Preference for candidates within depth knowledge of the Canadian dental market and experience working with dental technology products. Strong collaboration skills, particularly in working closely with Sales Leaders. Excellent English communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to influence and lead in a complex matrix organization. Experience working cross functionally both domestic and with global partners. Possess strong financial and business acumen with analytical skills. Legally entitled to work in Canada and travel to US. Ability to travel frequently, including overnight travel, (approximately 30% of time) primarily within Canada and US.
