Relationship Cultivation and Strategic Management
Maintain full ownership of a book of business including 5-7 Healthcare accountsManage a number of high-profileaccounts,many of which aremillion-dollar+accountsStrategic adviser to your client base by being the go to person for strategic account needsBecome an industry expert on your assigned vertical to better understand each client's organizational dynamicsIdentify and develop multi-level relationships with key decision makers to ensure retention and relationship stabilityYou come from a world wherethehighestservice levels and expectations werethe normMetrics, Reporting and Client Strategy
Conduct regular business reviews using value add propositions to mitigate client risk and enhance background screening programsMonitor and analyze development and strategic progression for all client accountsStrategicBusiness Reviews,andregularlyrecurringand structuredcommunicationswith a keenfocus on metrics, workflows and problem solvingas neededConsultative Selling to Existing Business
Create account plans as a road map to grow customer revenue and deliver world class client satisfactionGrow customer book of business to target vs. prior year, driven by existing revenue retention and closing new businessYou can and have managedthenegotiation oflong-term contractswithcustomersPropose additional products and services to expand footprint within existing accountsPossess strongconflict resolution skillsDemonstrated ability for strong stakeholder management: internally and externallyThis Is What We're Looking For:
Proven success in account management, success, sales, and/or project managementexperience withat least 7+years of experienceExperience managing enterpriselevelcustomers of at least $1,000,000+annualrevenueand the ability to show evidence of thisExperience relative to background screeningand/or compliance is a huge plusIs a strategist, a creative problem solverwho has a track record of success in these areasAbility to effectively communicate with senior level decision makers within organizations and successfully handle objectionsMust have experience leadingface-to-faceclient presentationswithand withoutmiddle to executive level managementExceptionalbusiness writing skills with the ability to construct well designed and formatted content for meetingsSuperior program management,negotiation skillsand the ability to getinto the weeds on process improvementsProficiency using CRM Platform is idealHighly proficient inExcel for analysis/reporting and PowerPoint for exceptional presentationsBachelor's degree strongly preferredNo current travel is required, but when resumed, up to 25%The salary for this position is $70,000 to $90,000 annually. Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to base pay, this role is eligible to participate in the Annual Incentive Plan. A full range of benefits including but not limited to medical, financial, unlimited sick time, 22 days’ vacation annually (for FT workers; prorated 1st year of employment), parental leave and other benefits are also provided.
