You love working with data in these programs all day, every dayYou know how to create, optimize, maintain, and organize a treasure trove of meticulous spreadsheets, hundreds at a timeYou have the analytical skills and patience to simply explain worksheet functions to those who don’t speak tech languageYou are a whizz with numbers, data models, and complex formulasRoutine and structure make you happy, and it’s how you get things doneYour inbox is never full because you’re always on top of itYou couldn’t live without organizers, and you wouldn’t want toYou can deliver results, always on time, while working independently and remotelyYou are a multi-tasker who can easily pivot without blinking an eyeYou are able to diagnose problems quickly and think on your feetYou believe every detail matters and don’t mind triple-checking for accuracyYou enjoy being the go-to person for help and want to be part of the solutionYou can deal calmly with challenging questions and situationsIN THE ROLE, YOU WILL BE: Maintaining the Master Business Plan (MBP) template, a complex spreadsheet that tracks our Member’s high-level goals and financials for growing their businessWorking closely with each Member to maintain 1 MBP file per company while being the friendly, approachable face/voice who makes spreadsheet talk funThe first point of contact for 700+ Members on MBP questions and support, providing consistent, ongoing support and necessary tweaksResponsible for annually building new MBP files and data transferRegularly called upon for additional reporting and support with Spreadsheets, as required by the BTA teamProviding technical support to Members who have a basic understanding of technologyCreating and updating the spreadsheet prep files for the annual Winter Summit and sharing files with MembersMaking annual updates linking the most recent Members’ Spreadsheets to our CRM, ensuring accurate data flowMonitoring the Member Support inbox and responding to all member questions, by email and phone, within six business hoursAssisting coaches in building highly effective support systems for Members in new programsProviding administrative support to our coaches and Members, helping to manage questions and issues effectivelyKeeping an ear to the ground for changing Member needs and being their advocateDelivering post-sales/onboarding support and solutionsEXPERIENCE REQUIRED3+ years combined experience in administrative/data analysis roles working with complex spreadsheets, data analysis, and formulasDetailed knowledge of Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel and the ability to create complex data models and spreadsheetsMental aptitude for math and basic business financial calculationsExperience in a Customer Service role in a fast-paced environmentAbility to complete repetitive tasks with a high level of accuracy and speedExperience in Zoom, Google Drive, OneDrive, Microsoft Office, and Slack.The Nice to Haves:Knowledge of how to create SQL Queries or use Macros in ExcelExperience dealing with demanding customers and escalating situationsExperience working in a robust CRM systemTHE BENEFITSSupercharge your Excel proficiency and professional toolkit at a fast-growing company with lots to doContribute to a culture of administrative and customer service excellence.Gain invaluable insights into the operations of successful entrepreneurs' companiesCollaborate with a dynamic team of high-performing individuals who thrive on teamworkCreate a massive impact in an organization with an already strong foundation.Enjoy the flexibility of working within a team that embraces remote work opportunitiesAn opportunity to join our team and ride the wave of one of the fastest-growing companies in CanadaA competitive salary and great benefitsEnjoy some cool travel perks in fun locationsIf this sounds like you and you feel ready to take on an awesome new adventure, apply today!We thank you for your time and interest.
