As a Senior Implementation Specialist, you'd be an instrumental part of this process.How will I make an impact?Design, configure, and deployment of ServiceNow modules leveraging industry best practices and standards.
Provide technical and thought leadership in both system integration and application development, while also promoting best practices in these areas
Contribute to the technical direction, recommend, and design the solution to leverage the ServiceNow best practices and out of the box functionality
Contribute to internal artifacts and deliverables to ensure they meet solution requirements
Contribute technical specifications and documents, architecture diagrams, system documentation, and manuals
Troubleshoot production and test issues; perform root cause analysis, recommend corrective action, and perform resolution efforts
Assist teams with associated technical and process activities
Maintain instance integrity & security based on ServiceNow best practices
Can provide functional expertise as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all application suites respective to their product line.
Contribute to the sizing and scoping of product line projectsWhat I bring to the role?Bachelor's or Master’s degree in an IT related discipline, OR minimum (5) years of equivalent/relevant job experience
Minimum (3) years of experience with ServiceNow
Demonstrated ability to work with stakeholders to define requirements and performance standards.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Understanding of ITIL methodologies (ITIL Foundation Certification an asset).
Understands CMDB relationships and hierarchy, experience in CMDB Health dashboard configuration and with CMDB remediation including duplicate and stale CI items
Understanding of the Identification and Reconciliation engine
Understanding of platform security and integration best practices
Fundamental knowledge of ServiceNow Common Service Data Model (CSDM)
Experience with JavaScript, Angular, HTML/CSS & Jelly
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with emphasis on customer service, including experience handling challenging situations and conflict resolution.
Ability to work as a trusted contributor on individual assignments and components as well as in a team environment and on client-developed teams
Extremely organized with a high level of attention to detail
Ability to work both independently, with initiative, and as an effective member of a team

Willingness to learn and grow
Willingness to travel (up to 15%) and be comfortable in changing office environments
Mandatory Certifications: Certified System Administrator
Preferred certifications: ServiceNow CIS, Certified Application Developer
