As ATB’s next Senior Product Manager Retail CRM (Experience Cloud) , you are responsible for working in a consultative role representing the business in defining their needs and requirements while being able to translate the ‘what’ into the ‘how’; exhibiting a key understanding of underlying technologies, level of development effort and working hand in hand with the development team to deliver an idea into a reality – continuously delivering value along the way. As a Product Manager, you play a key role in the intersection between business, design and technology, with the ultimate goal of maximizing business value from a product or service.A deep understanding of Experience Cloud and Salesforce in general is key to success in this role.
The Snr Product Manager, Retail CRM (Experience Cloud) is accountable for the subject matter expertise in the area of product development and product life cycle management including the creation, development, research and implementation of competitive and market leading functionalities and strategies in support of various business units within ATB. This includes an in-depth understanding of existing products and offerings, developing and implementing product strategies and corresponding tactics that will lead to achievement of the short and long term adoption growth objectives that meet the needs of customers around Alberta and Canada.
Responsibilities:
Designs, develops and manages activities for our CRM platform leveraging the capabilities within Experience Cloud and salesforce ecosystem from product definition and planning through to production, release, and end of life.
Serves as the product resource with design, process, manufacturing, test, quality and marketing as the product(s) move to production and distribution
Perform investigation and analysis on existing processes and proposed solutions to inform product roadmap and backlog
Act as the technical and product representative for owned tools and APIs, illustrating deep understanding of business and technical requirements
Provides input throughout all stages of a product’s lifecycle including modifications, upgrades and maintenance of the product or product line
Liaises with engineers, UX designers, Project Managers, and business counterparts
Enforces agile methodologies throughout projects
Accountable for the creation and management of product management artifacts including but not limited to; Product Roadmaps, Product Backlogs (User Stories), StoryBoards, Release Management Plans and others
Accreditations & Core Technical Skills:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Commerce, Information Technology (i.e. MIS) or equivalent experience
2-3 years of related project or product delivery experience
Deep understanding and application of product delivery practices are required- Agile/XP/SCRUM, work processes and business analysis methodologies
Commitment to empathy for the end user; user centric focus and approach
Comfort and confidence in decision making with business stakeholders, areas of expertise and strategic support units
Collaborate with partners and internal cross functional team members to enable end user value (Engineering, Design, Marketing, Communication, Adoption)
Break down complex problems into actionable steps (and opportunities)
Define and drive out options for a problem or find a way of looking at things differently
Define and drive out task management actions and activities
Knowledge and application of business analysis concepts, tools and processes
Knowledge of IT resources and enabling technologies; software, architecture and databases
Strong communication skills across oral and written
Technical fluency; types and application of technologies to deliver a business need - applications, integrations and data sources
Understanding and application of agile and user-centered design values, principles and practices
Create an environment that supports inclusion, recognizes bias and promotes psychological safety
Experience with Design Thinking, User Scenario Tools and Customer Research & Journey Mapping

Additional Qualifications:
Product Management / Business Analysis certification is an advantage
Software development experience is an asset
