You will join the startup team that is bringing AI to assist restaurant employees on the front line. helps answer questions and train employees, whether through voice AI only or through tablets. It is easy to extend through standard or custom extensions. The Product Manager for Employee Assist will lead the development and continuous improvement of our Employee Assist product with a cross-functional team.
In this role, you will:
Be the nexus for Employee Assist features, feedback, optimization, and prioritization to create the best experience Be passionate about understanding user needs and driving user adoption Justify decisions based on data and analytics, driving to improve our KPIs Have a pulse on competition and identify market opportunities Effectively communicate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, business development, sales, marketing, and data scientists Brainstorm new ideas/features, translating product goals into action Be self-motivated, collaborative, eager to learn, and hands-on
We would love to hear from you if:
You have 10+ years overall experience, with at least 5 years experience as a software Product Manager You have successfully launched new products at scale in fast-paced environments You are willing to roll up your sleeves and embrace the startup mentality You have Voice AI, LLM, or generative AI experience We’d be especially excited if you have launched 1 or more AI products in a startup environment. Be sure to also mention if you have software development experience or have experience with the restaurant technology ecosystem.
This role is available throughout Canada. Toronto-based employees can work out of our office in downtown Toronto. The compensation package will include salary, equity (RSUs), comprehensive healthcare, paid time off, and other benefits.
