Key Responsibilities
Produce high-quality analysis, assessments, reports, and designs to support client projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
Mentor and guide junior colleagues, ensuring project activities align with company procedures and standards.
Innovate new tools and techniques to meet client needs, drawing from global best practices.
Plan and execute project activities, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
Provide technical expertise and inputs for business development activities and proposals.
Conduct qualitative and quantitative risk assessments, ensuring client safety and satisfaction.
Represent our company in client meetings, workshops, and industry events.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive project success.
Assume leadership roles as needed to support business objectives.
Contribute to the growth of our North American business through delivering excellence to our clients.
Key Competencies and Experience
Highly experienced in the rail industry and proven track record working in Rolling Stock, Infrastructure, Signaling or O&M
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong organisational abilities, flexible and adept at meeting deadlines.
Desirable experience
In depth knowledge of CMREA / CSM / CENELEC standards.
Familiarity with the Canadian Railway System, including CMREA, is advantageous.
