Android Development Manager:

As an Android Development Manager, you'll be joining one of our teams that's defining the future state of our mobile banking application. You will be contributing to the development of world-class digital products and experiences on the Android platform that touch millions of Tangerine customers every day. We're looking to fill our team with influencers, makers, creators and leaders who are flexible, curious, adventurous, versatile and responsive; and who are ready to roll up their sleeves in a collaborative and productive environment to get things done. Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? We'd love to work with you if you have:

• 5 or more years of Android development (conceptualization, design, development and debugging)

• Strong knowledge of the Android platform, Kotlin, Jetpack

• Familiarity with mobile architectural and design patterns

• Experience with leveraging design systems, push notifications, establishing and maintaining KPIs for a group of developers

• Deep knowledge of Android design best practices 

• Familiarity with mobile accessibility

• Experience with building applications that consume RESTful APIs

• Experience with tools such as Jira, Github and Confluence

• Experience with debugging Android applications and using Instruments
