In this position you’ll work with a sales team to support business development for international cash management solutions. You will have the opportunity to play an important and strategic role in demonstrating the value add of Global Solutions to corporate multinational clients and prospects.
The Associate will help the team deliver on the Bank’s New Way Forward strategy and focus on multinationals across the Americas. The role will support the team achieve sales targets, meet key KPIs, uncover new prospects and build the pipeline with the goal of increasing cash management and deposits penetration across LATAM and the Caribbean.
The role is a sales support function. The Associate will need to build strong relationships with Corporate Relationship Managers and International Banking (Corporate and GTB) sales teams across LATAM and the Caribbean to deepen existing relationships and build on our prospect lists.What You’ll Do:Directly supporting the Associate Director in developing new business opportunities throughout the LATAM and Caribbean footprintEvaluating and analyzing the CMS needs of corporate clients, including the development of growing cash management business in LATAMGuide the Proposal Writing Team and GTB Marketing teams to create, enhance, and adapt marketing materials and presentations for clientsPrepare client presentations, including compiling data and assembling presentation materials for RFP/RFIsSupporting deal structuring and execution efforts with the country local teams and the Global Solutions Execution teamCompile and consolidate data from countries to present a comprehensive client proposalIdentifying and developing business opportunities with referred clientsCollect, consolidate, and interpret client data to identify and develop new opportunitiesAttend client calls to execute adequate call reporting and develop internal communications with partnersSupporting follow up calls and communications to clients and internal partnersProvide analytical support for the team and Associate DirectorApplying product and sales knowledge to help achieve the team’s overall financial objectivesWhat You'll Bring:Bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish, both written and verbal is required2+ years of International Cash Management experience2+ years of client-facing experienceIntermediate knowledge of domestic and international Treasury and Cash Management Services such as domestic and cross-border payments, collections, SWIFT, electronic banking and ACH networksSound understanding of the Bank's structure and contacts across multiple functional areas and adept at building strategic relationshipsA University degree preferably in business, finance or related discipline.CTP (Certified Treasury Professional) designation is an assetStrong MS PowerPoint skills to update client presentations, pitches and proposalsBusiness Development Skills with superior closing capabilitiesWork Arrangement:
