What is in it for you: Contract for 6 months with potential of extension Salary of 22$/h Full time role (36.25 h per week) at the Edmonton office Dynamic and professional environment Responsibilities: Perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks Provide support to managers and employees when it comes to daily office needs Act as point of content for any clients Pay invoices Assign and return accounts receivable Record tracking in Excel Order supplies Answer phone calls and emails Create documents and memos, then do the proofing and formatting of Microsoft Word documents Organize events, coordinate Lync meetings and book rooms as required Copy, scan, fax, file and perform records management of physical and digital documents Process and review expenses Take meeting minutes What you will need to succeed: High School Diploma Experience with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) 2 years of experience in a related Administrative Support role Experience working in a role that requires exceptional communication skills (verbal and written).
Previous experience in Customer Service Experience working in a role that required exceptional organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and be detail-oriented Experience with facilitating large event planning and execution skills (events of at least 150 attendees remote or virtual) Post secondary education in administration and previous government experience (an asset)
