Job description:
We are seeking a results-driven SAP Payroll and Time/Workforce Management Leader with experience in Payroll and Time/Workforce Management transformation (“Cloud” and/or “On Premise”) projects across multiple Industries to be part of our SAP HXM Intelligent Platform Team that operates market wide across EMEA. To ensure success as an SAP leader, you should have extensive knowledge of payroll and time/workforce management business processes and all SAP and Ecosystem solutions including service delivery providers (“Cloud” and/or “On Premise”).
The successful candidate will be seen as a thought leader in this space to drive conversation with C-level executives on the transformation of these critical business processes.
Part of your role you will be able to accurately design and document the solution including the system integration with SAP and its Ecosystem. As an accomplished SAP Leader you will be someone whose expertise results in optimized business operations for our clients and us.

Lead the Payroll and Time/Workforce Management go to market and pipelineLead or support solutioning requirements for organizationsDetermining business needs via consultation, business analysis, and targeted observationsAssessing existing IT infrastructure and recommending improvementsQA the Development configuration of SAP and Ecosystem solutionsOversee the delivery of SAP and Ecosystem solutions and ensuring smooth system integrationCreation, maintenance and publishing of PoV’s and Thought Leadership pieces focused on Payroll and TimeKeeping abreast of the latest SAP and Ecosystem offerings, updates, and developmentsBasic qualifications:
SAP-accredited or certified experienceDemonstrable experience as an SAP consultant in Payroll and TimeUp to date knowledge of SAP and Ecosystem systems, deployment, and integrationCurrent knowledge of Payroll and Time/Workforce Managementbusiness processesExcellent teamwork, interpersonal, and communication skillsSuperb analytical and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent organizational and time-management skillsProficiency in English, and knowledge of other European languages would be an asset#J-18808-Ljbffr
