The Sales Instructional Designer will be responsible for ongoing development and revision of written learning curriculum to ensure engaging instructor-led new hire, upskill training, workshops and continuous education programs that support our Sales teams. This position will collaborate with business partners, subject matter experts and Learning and Employee Success team members to design and develop content and programsin alignment with business goals.

Work in consultation with business partners, subject matter experts and course facilitators to identifytraining requirements, design engaging training content, as well as develop processes to adequately assess effectiveness of training, skill acquisition and retention of knowledge.
Stay current on products, systems, policies and procedures.
Continuously assess and update training for accuracy, relevancy and effectiveness.
Manage instructional design projects from start to finish.
Upload and manage content in SharePoint.
Facilitate the creation of multimedia content (e.g. video, audio, etc.).
Deliver train-the-trainers to Learning Specialists and subject matter experts.
Assist with the facilitation of training sessions as needed.
Who you are & what you’ll need to succeed.
Exceptional organization, communication, detail-orientation, time management and project management skills.
Proven ability to effectively consult and work collaboratively with different departments across sites and management levels.
Proven ability to work creatively and independently while driving projects to success.
Strong knowledge of facilitation and classroom management skills.
Experience designing training materials for call center environments, and/or customer service/sales curriculum preferred.
A minimum of 2 years instructional design experience and or professional training experience required.
Sales experience desired.
Experience with eLearning design using multiple authoring tools like Camtasia and Articulate 360, (including Storyline and Rise) desired.
Experience working with and managing content in an LMS (Workday preferred).
Strong working knowledge of instructional design, learning methodologies, evaluation and adult learning principles.
Ability to quickly develop a wide breadth and depth of highly technical knowledge.
Have a strong working knowledge of small businesses and the use of domains, hosting, email and site builders to establish an online presence.
