The Saskatchewan is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Branch as the Provincial Silviculture Forester , located in Prince Albert. As the Provincial Silviculture Forester, you will:

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of:
Typically, the competencies required for this position can be achieved through the completion of a degree related to silviculture, science degree in Forestry with extensive experience in forest renewal. Experience working within this industry and/or government in the delivery, improvement, and assessment of forest renewal practices in the boreal forests of Canada would be an asset.
The successful candidate must possess a valid driver's license and be eligible for registration as a Registered Professional Forester (RPF) with the Association of Saskatchewan Forestry Professional within 3 years of commencement.
