Intent of the process

The intent of this process is to establish a pool of fully qualified candidates for future needs. The pool may be used to staff similar positions on a permanent (indeterminate) or temporary basis (specified period appointment).

Graduation with a degree from a recognized post-secondary institution relevant to the position.

PM-04
Experience in coordinating projects or programs involving a multi-disciplinary team.
Experience in conducting research and analysis of issues or initiatives.
Experience in providing recommendations, and preparing strategic documents.

PM-05
Experience in developing working relationships and participating in working groups with various internal and external stakeholders and Indigenous peoples/organizations.
Experience in conducting research and analysis of complex* issues or initiatives.
Experience in providing recommendations and preparing strategic documents and briefing documents to Senior Management**.

* Complex involves at least two of the following relevant criteria:
- Sensitive or high profile
- Multiple stakeholders
- Multi-year or multi-phase
** Senior Management is defined as Director level or above.

Willing and able to travel extensively.
