Some of the exciting things you will be responsible for:Develop and support employees through training and coaching, providing clarity in roles and values-consistent feedback
Foster and maintain positive union and employee relations environments
Perform analytics and identify continuous improvement opportunities through accountability for key plant metrics
Support sales and marketing on new and existing product development initiatives
Provide guidance and perspective to the Plant Manager and leadership team
Participate in, support, and lead special projects (e.g., new equipment purchases, commissioning)
Support the development and implementation of exciting new technologies such as: mobility (iPads), smart glasses, and automated visual scheduling tools
Contribute to a strong Food Safety and Health & Safety culture in keeping with the Maple Leaf Food Safety Promise
