This role requires a technically adept candidate to seamlessly integrate solutions with various contact center platforms, identity systems, and APIs for enhanced functionality and data exchange.As the Platform Product Manager, you will closely collaborate with customers, understanding their needs and delivering exceptional solutions with cross-functional teams.
