Enterprise Holding’s Canadian Payroll Department has an immediate opening for a Payroll Coordinator. Our ideal candidate will be extremely organized, with strong attention to detail and excellent customer service skills. This is a full-time position whichwill report to the Payroll Manager.This position offers competitive benefits and discounts in aprofessional and friendly team environment. This position is based out of our London Administrative Office:845 BRADLEY AVE UNIT 1, LONDON ON,N6E 3Z6Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Organize, plan, process, and balance payrolls using established processes and procedures on a bi-weeklyschedule for Salary and Hourly employees, both full and part time. This includes:Employee Maintenance- New Hire Setup- Tax Setup- Termination processing- Record of Employment- Direct Deposit Information/changesLoad and tie various bonus and deductions provided by operating groupsTime-sheetreview and follow-upLoad/import Hours worked and tie-outCalculate and load statutory holiday pay based on provincial legislationGroup Benefits Premium UpdatesGeneral Ledger entry reviewPreparation of various reports for Government, management, and outside partnersLiaison with other payroll employees in the company to address payroll questions and concernsMaintain confidentiality of payroll and other related itemsOther projects as assigned or requiredIntermediate Microsoft Office skills (Excel and Outlook)Must be over the age of 18Must be authorized to work in Canada (and not require future authorization)Excellent accuracy and attention to detailExcellent customer service skills with a “can-do” attitudeAbility to prioritize and multi-task in order to meet deadlinesFlexibility to work extended hours/holidays as necessaryFamiliarity of ADP Payroll system (pay@work) is an assetGeneral knowledge of Canadian employment standardsProfessional credentials (CPA Practitioner Certification and/or Accounting diploma) preferredA minimum of 1 year experience in a payroll role preferredKnowledge of Federal and Provincial payroll legislations and other legal obligations (payroll related) of an employer preferred.
