About the role:
We are looking for an experienced Shop Parts Specialist / Shipper Receiver to join our team at our Moncton location.Shift:Monday to Friday; 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.What’s in it for you?

Responsibilities:
Pull and stage parts for shop jobs before coming into the shop
Assign parts and supplies on work orders
Identify and keep parts for warranty consideration
Confirm availability and pick parts for OTC part sales
Return un-used parts to inventory
Maintain organization and upkeep of warehouse
Label and store parts in accurate locations
Receive in-bound parts, supplies and materials – physically and in system
Pull, stage and label parts for outbound shipping
Label, assign and maintain storage and bin locations for all inventory
Assist in development and improvement of warehouse and storage plans
Perform regular cycle counts for all inventory and monitor for shrinkage avoidance
Occasional need to pick up and deliver parts as required in a safe and timely manner
Ensure all loads are safe and properly secured at all times
Maintain condition and cleanliness while using company vehicles
Complete vehicle inspection reports when required
Safely operate the company vehicle adhering to all safety requirements, obeying traffic laws and driving undistracted
Other work as may be defined
Requirements:
Grade 12 or equivalent with trade training
Valid Class 5 License with clean driver’s abstract
Industry related experience an asset
Truck and trailer parts knowledge and experience
Comfortable with prioritizing and handling large volumes of paperwork
Ability to work in a high pace environment
Strong organizational and time management skills
