We are seeking a dynamic and experienced People Partner to join our organization. You will be the go-to person for a small Montreal-based studio that has its parent company in the US. The ideal candidate has a thorough understanding of HR practices in Quebec, employment law practices and guidelines. You are a trusted advisor to employees at all levels and aren’t afraid to get your hands dirty in order to tackle projects of all sizes!
VOS T CHES AU QUOTIDIENÉlaborer et mettre en place des stratégies, politiques et procédures en matière de ressources humaines, en lien avec les objectifs de l'organisation.
Conseiller et supporter les gestionnaires : relations avec leurs employés, résolution des conflits, mesures disciplinaires, plans d'amélioration de la performance.
Exécuter les principaux processus relatifs aux talents : planification de la rémunération, gestion de la performance, développement des talents, intégration des nouveaux employés, plans de dotation et stratégies d'engagement des employés.
Travailler en collaboration avec nos Centres d'Excellence pour mettre en place des programmes et plans qui impactent nos employés.
Mettre en œuvre des programmes de formation pour améliorer les compétences, les connaissances et la performance des employés, toujours en lien avec les besoins de l'organisation.
Se tenir au courant de la législation et de la réglementation en matière d'emploi, veiller à la conformité de toutes les activités RH: politiques, procédures et documentation.
Améliorer l'intégration des nouveaux employés.
En collaboration avec l’équipe de Direction, identifier et répondre aux besoins de développement sur le plan organisationnel, planifier la relève et la gestion des talents.
Préparer des rapports et analyses de métriques RH dans le but de fournir des recommandations à la Direction et ainsi permettre des prises de décision éclairées.
Développer et favoriser un environnement de travail positif et inclusif, en mettant de l’avant des initiatives de diversité, d’équité et d’inclusion à l'échelle de l’organisation.
Effectuer d’autres tâches administratives, à définir ensemble.
WHAT YOU GET TO DO EVERY DAYDevelop and implement human resources strategies, policies, and procedures that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
Provide guidance and support to managers in employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans.
Execute major talent processes including compensation planning, performance management, talent development, onboarding / integration, workforce planning and employee engagement strategies
Work alongside our Centrs of Excellence to roll out programs and plans that impact employees
Deliver training programs to enhance employees' skills, knowledge, and performance, ensuring alignment with organizational needs
Stay up to date with employment laws and regulations, and ensure compliance in all HR activities, including policies, procedures, and documentation
Roll out new hire onboarding for new hires
Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and address organizational development needs, succession planning, and talent management initiatives
Prepare HR reports and metrics to provide insights and recommendations to management for informed decision-making
Develop and foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives throughout the organization
Perform other administrative duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS REQUISESMaîtrise de l'anglais et du français (écrit et oral)
Diplômes en Ressources Humaines, Administration des Affaires ou dans un domaine connexe.
Connaissances solides des pratiques, principes et lois en matière de RH.
Expérience établie dans tous les aspects des RH: relations avec les employés, gestion de la performance, formation et perfectionnement des talents, gestion de la rémunération et des avantages sociaux.
Excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles - capacité de construire de solides relations à tous les niveaux de l’organisation.
Très bonne compréhension des stratégies de développement sur le plan organisationnel, de gestion du changement et de gestion des talents.
Capacité de traiter des renseignements sensibles et confidentiels avec discrétion et intégrité.
Solides compétences en résolution de problèmes et prise de décisions - capacité d’analyser des questions complexes et de fournir des solutions pratiques.
Maîtrise des systèmes SIRH et autres logiciels liés aux RH.
Ce rôle nécessite au moins 3 jours de présentiel au bureau.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOUFluent in both English and French (written and oral)
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
Demonstrated experience in all aspects of HR including employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation, and benefits.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
Solid understanding of organizational development, change management, and talent management strategies.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide practical solutions.
Proficient in HRIS systems and other HR-related software applications.
This role requires at least 3 days in the office.
