Our client is looking for a Part Time Administrate Assistant for a 2 month contract in Mississauga. This is hybrid role - 2-4 days per week.
Pay rate: $27.58 / Hour

Responsibilities
As a Part Time Administrate Assistant, your duties may include but not be limited to:
•Entering data and quality checking
•Preparing ad hoc excel reports for Manager, Contracts & Legal Operations
•Monitoring general inquiry email inbox
•Preparing and updating process reference documents
•Monitoring and administering workflow in self-serve contracting software
Qualifications
•Excellent organization, excel and data entry/data management skills
•Experience working with a legal department or law firm would be an asset
•Strong attention to detail
•Tech savvy & data fluent (esp. experience with database tools)
•Resourceful
