GEN Group Corp. currently owns and operates 16 various quick serve and fast casual restaurants in Western Canada. As a growing and dynamic company, we are seeking a hands on, operations focused, Multi-Unit Supervisor, who will be directly responsible for overseeing all restaurant operations on a daily basis in multiple locations throughout Edmonton.This is a blue-collar restaurant position that is for individuals who love and excel at working in the restaurant in a hands-on capacity, shoulder to shoulder with their managers and team members. Individuals seeking a 9 to 5 and/or Monday to Friday position need not apply as this position is not that. Individuals seeking a job that is principally administrative or technical in nature need not apply; this is a hands on job for people that enjoy training and developing people and working in the restaurants. 90% of this job will require the candidate to be in the stores, training, recruiting and developing people and working on building sales and controlling costs in a boots on the ground capacity. This job requires the candidate to work during peak business time which means, evenings/nights and weekends, with the most critical times for operations being Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday including evenings and nights.This challenging and rewarding position in the hospitality industry will require an individual who is self motivated, energetic, creative, analytical, guest and result-focused and who understands how to motivate all TEAM Members to provide the best restaurant experience possible. Above all else, the successful candidate will possess a passion for serving guests as well as team members. We offer a competitive base salary from $47,000.00 up to $90,000.00 per annum plus a pay-for-performance (bonus) program, group health and dental benefits, educational allowance and a company vehicle allowance.Responsibilities
After your initial operations training, you will be prepared to handle the following responsibilities:
You will completely manage a team of General Managers and their Crew for multiple restaurants.
You will be responsible for building relationships and motivating others to do their best.
You will be responsible for Restaurant Operations, Customer Service and Execution of all marketing strategies.
You will be responsible for Human Resources for the restaurants.
You will be responsible for business results.
You will be responsible to work in the Restaurants during peak business times and days which includes evenings, nights and weekendsRequirements
High school diploma with Post Secondary Education preferred.
