Post-secondary coursework in business administration or a related field;
Experience working in a front-line client service setting, providing information to and working collaboratively with the general public and diverse client groups;
Experience researching and drafting correspondence for review;
Extensive experience and proficiency with computerized technology, software, databases, and applications, with the ability to manipulate data;
Working with land or resource management legislation/legal documents would be an asset.
Candidates with a combination of education, training and experience equivalent to the essential qualifications listed above will be equally considered.

Effective prioritization and time management skills to adapt quickly to ever-changing deadlines

Conditions of Employment: Obtain Notary Public certification within six months of hire.
