The TELUS Health Employer sales enablement team leverages best practices, collaboration and thought leadership to drive strategic campaigns, programs and Go-to-Market strategies to help drive profitable sales growth and retention. As the Manager of Sales Effectiveness, you will act as the liaison to our marketing and product teams and will help to drive process improvement within our team's internal processes. You will be responsible for overseeing the performance and success of key sales enablement programs and will support client facing deliverables.Here’s the impact you’ll make and what we’ll accomplish together
This is a unique opportunity offering diverse exposure and experience across the sales, marketing and product teams. As one of the primary contacts to the sales team you will be responsible for addressing questions and inquiries regarding marketing related activities and play a key role in feeding customer and sales insights and feedback to help drive continuous improvements.

What you will do
Serve as a key point of contact within the sales channel for gathering feedback, customer, product and market insights
Development of client facing presentations to support RFPs, finalist meetings, discovery meetings and quarterly business reviews
Development of internal team presentations to our senior leadership, including the TELUS executive leadership team.
Communicating upcoming Marketing programs, offers, market intelligence and product launch information
Collaborating with Account Managers and Sales Executives to understand business needs and interlock back into the Marketing team
Support sales with policy and process questions related to campaigns or product launches
Maintain a strong understanding of the current market climate, offers and in market programs
Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics with a view of driving improvements to enhance the success rates and meet targets.
Interlock with various TELUS partners and vendors, assist with the coordination of partner sales and customer events
Support in the development of regular internal team communications including newsletters, bulletins and recognition programs
What you bring
Creative design: Ability to create and design visually appealing external and internal sales presentations within our TELUS Health brand
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively present findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders
Problem-solving: Strong problem-solving skills to identify and address market challenges and opportunities
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to foster good working relationships at multiple organizational levels
Extensive knowledge of B2B Marketing best practices and trends
Project Management: Strong project management skills to help deliver results in a complex and ambiguous environment
Grit: Confidence to adapt to and manage changing (and occasionally conflicting) priorities and naturally curious and determined to work around obstacles
Required Knowledge
Strong creativity and innovative design skills
Ability to create and design visually appealing presentations in PowerPoint or Google Slides
Five or more years of experience (academic and professional) with design software, including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Dreamweaver would be an asset
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong project management skills with ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and to tight deadlines in a high paced and dynamic environment
Required Experience
Post-secondary degree in marketing, design, or business.
5+ years of experience in B2B marketing and/or sales
Bilingual French & English a strong asset.
