You will be working in the digital grid domain to design and deliver transformation programs related to operational technology (ADMS, OMS, SCADA, DRMS, DERMS, EMS, GIS). You will be responsible for the design, development and deployment of business solutions including benefit and cost analysis, process design, use case definition, business and functional requirements, and integrations with upstream and downstream systems. You also will be expected to provide business development assistance, as well as work with and lead small to large teams onshore and offshore. Your key responsibilities Manage the delivery of operational technology (OT) projects, including the development of business processes, business and functional requirements and use cases associated with its implementation Collaborate actively with subject-matter professionals, product owners, end users and client stakeholders Provide strategic insights and oversight for team members, anticipate client needs and be responsive to clients as part of engagement delivery; monitor service quality in respect of specific client requirements Supporting the procurement and evaluation of OT products and services (e.g., ADMS, DERMS, market platforms etc.) Successfully manage engagements to schedule and budget Stay up to date with industry trends, developments, technologies, and new digital grid technology capabilities; actively share these with team members and apply to existing engagements. Model effective collaborative behaviors when working with individuals, teams, clients, and technology partners Participate in new business opportunities by developing ideas and solutions Assisting in proposals and commercial propositions that align with customer needs and differentiate EY from the competition Skills and attributes for success Build credibility by knowing what's happening in clients' businesses and with their competitors Effectively navigate ambiguous and complex relationships and contexts with a very good level of emotional intelligence, leveraging differences, asking questions, and supporting coaching and feedback Adapt to varied cultural and personal styles to work effectively with others' differences, concerns, and motivations Develop an inclusive culture in which timely, authentic feedback and coaching are provided to all colleagues and team members and help mentor, coach, and counsel team members Identify and evaluate new ideas, better ways of working, technologies, or external products to expand EY capabilities Demonstrate passion in promoting EY strategy, services, and values To qualify for the role, you must have A bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5+ years OT experience through operations or delivering consulting services to Power and Utilities clients Proven work experience in one or more of the following areas: Transmission, Distribution, Generation, Nuclear, Regulatory, and technology solutions such as OMS, ADMS, DERMS, SCADA, GIS A solid understanding of operations, business processes, use cases, business value and OT vendor landscape The flexibility to expand horizons and gain competence in multiple digital grid domains Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and the ability to clearly communicate with leadership and colleagues about technical capabilities, limitations, issues and recommendations Be highly organized, detail-oriented, independent, and resourceful The ability to manage complex technical projects with diverse global stakeholders The willingness and ability to travel up to 60% of a work schedule Ideally, you'll also have A degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or related field Experience with stakeholder management, client handling, workshop facilitation with technical teams What we look for We're interested in passionate leaders with strong vision and a desire to stay on top of trends for their area of focus and specific skills and knowledge to contribute to our clients and teams.
