Minimum qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
+ 10 years of experience working in direct or channel sales with 5 years of people management experience.
+ Experience with public cloud solutions across Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS), and Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) markets.
Preferred qualifications:
+ MBA or Master's degree.
+ 10 years of experience in a partner sales management position.
+ Experience with the cloud ecosystem.
+ Knowledge of System Integrators (SIs)/Service Providers (SPs).
+ Excellent management, presentation, and written/verbal communication skills.

As the Head of Regional Partner Development Managers, you'll be responsible for managing a team of Regional Partner Development Managers (rPDMs). Each rPDM supports a named group of Sales teams and delivers customer value through Google Partner engagement.
As the Head of Canada Partner Development Managers, you will function as the Channel Leader and manage the day-to-day interaction between the Google Sales team and the Sales teams from Google’s Services partners. You will mentor the team through identifying, managing, and leading opportunity velocity and consumption ramp through the Channel Partners.
You will manage Channel forecast accountability for all customer-facing opportunities in your assigned territories.

+ Lead, manage, and develop a team of Regional Partner Development Managers (rPDMs).
+ Mentor team through opportunity creation and agreement velocity with Channel Partners.
Ensure the engagement of the right partner for each opportunity.
+ Collaborate with leaders across Google’s Sales, Professional Services, Marketing, Support, Customer Success, and Partner Development teams to deliver a One Google approach with channel partners and contribute strategically to the growth and direction of Google Cloud.
+ Lead the monthly forecast rhythm for the sub-regional business. Lead local demand generation activities with partners through events and campaigns through an industry-focused plan in coordination with partner marketing.
+ Manage relationships with Sales Managers and Directors across the region, forging connectivity between Partner Sales and Direct Sales teams while participating in leadership conversations and mandatory reporting requirements.
