THE COVE is looking for a customer-oriented F&I representative to join their team in MacTier, ON! The Finance & Insurance Representative has a strong understanding of the vehicle and equipment financing process and any additional programs available. The main responsibility is ensuring customers understand all of their options to afford their powersports vehicle. The main responsibilities and tasks of this role will include: Keeping up-to-date with dealership announcements and factory recalls for various brands in the powersports industry.
Ensure documents are accurate and up-to-date. Organization and maintenance of customer and service records. Maintaining good relationships with customers and clients.
Processing applications for vehicle and equipment financing and helping customers get approved. Verification of all paperwork, ensuring it is completed and filed correctly. Seeking out new programs that benefit customers, encouraging them to buy new products.

• Candidates should have a deep interest and passion for riding and understanding of Powersports and Marine equipment/vehicles to be considered, and are encouraged to include details of this in their application. • High School Diploma/GED. • 2+ years experience with F&I administration in an automotive or powersports equipment dealership environment. • Knowledge of market trends in the powersports or automotive equipment service industry. • Excellent verbal and written communication. • Well-organized, able to stay on top of competing deadlines. • Computer literacy and basic computer skills is a MUST/Asset
