Desjardins is looking for an experienced and driven, corporate banker who is eager to be a part of a high-volume, growing business. As Director, Corporate Banking (Infrastructure), you will play a key role in the structuring and underwriting of complex credit facilities exceeding $100 million and will oversee the execution efforts of the infrastructure team.
In this role, you will also be responsible for overseeing the work of the underwriting team, ensuring accurate risk assessment while underwriting creative credit solutions for complex debt financings. You will balance portfolio profitability while working with relationship managers and other stakeholders to structure and negotiate credit solutions that meet client needs and align with risk parameters. You will be responsible for monitoring the performance and health of the infrastructure portfolio, identifying potential risks, and implementing mitigation strategies.
As the ideal candidate, you have 7+ years of experience working with complex transactions across Corporate Banking and Infrastructure Financing, including P3, energy transition, renewables, utilities, and transportation.
