Executive Director, Planning and OperationsFor over fifty years, Darchei Noam, Toronto’s Reconstructionist Jewish community, has blended traditional Jewish practice with innovative forms of Jewish expression and a deep commitment to Tikkun Olam. Our beloved Rabbi Tina Grimberg has been joined by recently ordained Rabbi Ryan Leszner. Together they bring new dynamism to our services, family programs, and Hebrew School, building on our strong foundation to engage people at all ages and stages of their Jewish journey.
Our future is more than a question of numbers – it is also a challenge to reimagine and reshape how we continue to be a strong voice for liberal, egalitarian Judaism in Toronto: to rethink what it means to be inclusive; to experiment with innovations and to multiply entry points through increasing and diverse opportunities for engagement.
